Our client, a well-established company within the waterproofing and roofing industry, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team.


Non-Negotiable Requirements:


Matric with 4+ years' experience in a similar industry.
Valid drivers license.
Proven experience managing projects from conception to completion.
Strong team leadership and staff development skills.
Good understanding of health and safety compliance.
Proactive, self-motivated and takes initiative.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily construction site activities.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
Ensure projects are completed according to plans, specifications and timelines.
Monitor quality of work and ensure construction standards are maintained.
Manage site resources, materials, equipment and labour.
Monitor project progress and report on delays or issues.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and project managers.
Conduct site inspections and resolve construction-related issues.
Maintain accurate site records, reports and documentation.
Assist with cost control and ensure work stays within budget.
