Key Responsibilities
Supervise furniture installation and fit-out activities on project sites.
Coordinate installers, artisans, subcontractors, and site personnel.
Ensure projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before installation.
Monitor quality standards and ensure snag-free project delivery.
Prepare daily site reports with photographs and progress updates.
Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and project managers.
Manage site materials, deliveries, and installations.
Requirements
HND/B.Sc. in a relevant discipline is preferred with 3 - 5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing, joinery, interior fit-out, or related construction projects.
Strong understanding of kitchens, wardrobes, doors, wall cladding, and custom furniture installations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Good communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
