About the Role

As our Senior Program Manager, you will lead major creative programs and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. You'll oversee brand, campaign, and multi-workstream initiatives—guiding clients through strategy, feedback, decision-making, and ensuring structured, thoughtful, and consistent delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who has been both the PM and the AM inside an agency—someone who thrives in leading delivery and client partnership side by side, and who brings clarity, calm, and leadership to every engagement.

This position reports to the Senior Account Director of Client Services.

What Success Looks Like

Confident, long-term client partnerships

Clients trust you as their day-to-day partner. You bring clarity, support decision-making, and strengthen relationships through proactive communication and dependable follow-through.

High-quality creative work delivered smoothly

You lead complex creative programs—often $25K-$150K+—ensuring work is aligned, on time, on budget, and strategically grounded.

Strong collaboration and empowered teams

Creative, Strategy, Content, and Design teams feel supported and informed. You create clarity, ensure alignment, and help others do their best work.

Healthy accounts with measurable growth

You retain and grow accounts through consistent performance—turning large programs into ongoing partnerships and identifying opportunities rooted in client needs.

Ownership of financial performance

Your portfolio (~$1.8M-$2M annually) is managed with discipline: clear scopes, accurate resourcing, strong communication, and consistent delivery against margin and satisfaction targets.
