About the Role:
We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Smart Device Technician to join our team. If you are passionate about consumer electronics and thrive on solving technical challenges, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out and assist with repairs on a wide range of smart devices, smart home devices, headsets, tablets, and smartwatches.
Perform comprehensive diagnostics and testing on devices (e.g., touchscreen functionality, sensors, Bluetooth pairing, GPS/heart-rate accuracy, and network connectivity).
Deliver outstanding customer service and provide expert product advice.
Professionally handle customer queries, returns, and complaints.
Maintain accurate repair logs and service documentation.
Requirements:
An N6 Certificate in Electronic Engineering.
CompTIA A+ Certification.
Proven 2 years hands-on experience in repairing consumer electronics and smart devices.
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and soldering skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment
