Responsibilties
Identify and onboard new customers within target markets.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Conduct preliminary credit assessments and business evaluations.
Monitor loan portfolios to ensure quality and performance.
Ensure all customers on boarding processes comply with CDD and AML requirements.
Requirements
Have worked with a licenced MFB between 3 - 5 years in SME Credit Sales and Asset Finance role.
Have strong convertible pipeline of SME/Asset Finance network.
Able to identify, acquire, and manage clients to grow the bank's loan portfolio and deposit base.
Able to build strong customer relationships, conduct credit assessments, and ensure timely loan repayment.
