REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years post-NYSC experience in SME lending or relationship management within a bank, MFB, or other financial institution.
Strong sales, business development, and credit analysis skills.
Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
