Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
3 Years previous experience in the automotive industry warranty policies and procedures will be advantageous.
Computer literacy with strong data entry and reporting skills.
Proficient in computer applications - (EVOLVE software system preferred).
Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Customer-focused with strong relationship-building abilities to interact with various departments, suppliers, and customers.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Afrikaans & English
Clear criminal record
Duties and Responsibilities
Research and prepare warranty documentation for service work.
Review, process, and administer warranty claims in line with manufacturer requirements.
Assist customers with warranty services and documentation.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries regarding warranty issues.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of warranty programs through training.
Ensure compliance with warranty specifications and maintain accurate records.
Track defective products and manage batch withdrawals if required.
Coordinate with accounts to settle warranty claims.
Perform general administrative tasks within the service department.
