We are looking for a creative, driven, and results-oriented Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead the marketing and promotion of our events and brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and driving event attendance through innovative marketing campaigns.
This role requires someone with a passion for events, excellent communication skills, strong design and content creation abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
Strong Afrikaans and basic English communication skills
Experience using Meta Business Suite (Facebook management, posting, basic analytics insight)
Ability to create design content using Canva, CorelDRAW, or similar tools
Experience marketing events is highly advantageous
3 - 5 years' experience in social media and digital marketing
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles
Computer literate (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
