What you'll do
Plan and produce content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, including shooting and editing short video at our client's branches.
Grow the channels deliberately, not incidentally: test formats, read the numbers, do more of what works.
Manage comments and DMs, answer or route enquiries from prospective students and candidates, and log every lead properly.
Tell candidates' stories: successful placements, exam successes, and the different pathways people take to get there.
Write announcements, newsletters, partner-facing updates and website copy.
Support employer and institutional communication abroad alongside the Managing Director.
Report monthly on reach, engagement and enquiries generated.
What our client is really looking for
A track record of building an audience. If you've grown and managed an Instagram or TikTok account past 25,000 followers, your own or on behalf of a brand, we want to talk to you. Tell us which account, where it stood when you took it on, and what you did to grow it.
Also needed
Strong written English
Ability to produce and edit short-form video yourself (CapCut or equivalent)
Solid photography skills
Sound judgment handling public complaints and sensitive candidate information
Educational background in Mass Media, Communication, Journalism, Fine Art or a related field
Nice to have
Proficiency in German
Experience in education, recruitment or migration
Paid social (Meta Ads) experience
