The Social Media & Community Manager will be responsible for managing all social media channels across Sage Grey Technologies' products.
The role will focus on driving engagement, building and nurturing online communities, executing the content calendar, and supporting the shift from purely organic to hybrid (organic + paid) growth.


Key Responsibilities


Execute and manage the monthly Content Calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
Create, schedule, and publish high-quality social media content (posts, Reels, Stories, carousels, threads, etc.).
Build and grow engaged communities around each product and the Sage Grey brand.
Monitor daily interactions, respond to comments, messages, and mentions professionally and promptly.
Develop and implement community engagement initiatives, contests, and user-generated content campaigns.
Track social media performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, follower growth, sentiment) and provide weekly insights.
Collaborate closely with the Graphics Designer, Video Editor, and Digital Marketing Officer to ensure content quality and alignment.
Identify trending topics and opportunities relevant to the Nigerian tech and SME ecosystem.
Support paid social media campaigns by creating ad creatives and monitoring performance.
Contribute to crisis management and reputation monitoring on social platforms.
