Responsibilities


Manage and grow all company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Design and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, posts) aligned with company's luxury brand.
Create compelling captions, campaigns, and stories tailored to real estate audiences
Develop monthly and quarterly social media strategies. Build content calendars aligned with project launches. Plan lead-generation funnels and coordinate with sales teams.
Create themed campaigns (launches, testimonials, progress updates, education).
Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva Pro, CapCut
Other: Basic SEO (YouTube & website optimization)
Graphic Design & Creative Production
Maintain cohesive visual identity across all content. Apply typography, color psychology, and luxury branding principles.
Create high-quality reels, animations, and video edits.
Produce 3D mockups, logo reveals, and property walkthroughs.
Capture and edit professional real estate photos/videos.
Use drones and gimbals effectively for premium visual quality.
Systems & Content Operations
Develop a weekly content calendar and approval workflow.
Maintain organized content storage (Google Drive → project → date).


Requirements


Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication, or related field.
The ideal candidate must have 4-5 years of proven experience in social media management and design, with a strong background in real estate marketing.
Mandatory: Prior experience in real estate marketing.
Strong portfolio of past work (to be submitted with the application).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva Pro.
Photography and video editing skills are an added advantage.
Good understanding of Nairobi's real estate market.
