Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across key platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, increasing brand awareness, driving user engagement, and supporting marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, Facebook)
Create and publish high-quality, engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, reels, etc.)
Cover all company's events and invited events
Manage daily social media activities including posting, scheduling, and community engagement
Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to optimize content performance
Analyze social media metrics and generate performance reports with actionable insights
Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to align campaigns with brand messaging
Run paid social media campaigns and track ROI
Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations where necessary
Maintain brand voice and consistency across all digital channels

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2 - 4 years' experience managing social media accounts (preferably in EdTech, Tech, or Startups)
Strong content creation skills (copywriting, basic design, short-form video)
Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Canva, Meta Business Suite
Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking
Understanding of digital marketing and audience growth strategies
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in EdTech or youth-focused platforms
Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing
Experience running ads on Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok
Understanding of AI tools for content creation (a plus).
