Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the company's presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, carousels)
Develop and manage monthly content calendars
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community
Track performance metrics and prepare insight-driven reports
Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity
Stay updated on trends and competitor activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
2 - 3 years proven experience in social media management
Strong copywriting and content planning skills
Proficiency with Canva, scheduling tools, and basic analytics
Creative, organized, and self-driven
