Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement:
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
Engage with followers, customers, and online communities to build strong relationships
Monitor conversations, mentions, and brand tags
Escalate customer complaints or sensitive issues to the appropriate team
Social Media Support:
Assist in scheduling and posting content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Support the development of captions and basic content ideas
Help maintain the content calendar to ensure consistency.
Content & Trend Support:
Identify social media trends and suggest relevant content ideas
Source user-generated content (UGC) and support content curation
Assist during content shoots, events, or campaigns when required.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track basic engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, DMs)
Assist in preparing simple social media performance reports
Provide insights on audience behavior and engagement trends.
Administrative Support:
Support the team with day-to-day social media tasks
Maintain organized records of content, responses, and interactions
Assist with any other marketing-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
Strong interest in social media and digital marketing
Good written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut) is an advantage
Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
