Social Media Manager

Summary

• We're seeking a creative, strategic Social Media Manager to elevate our brand voice and grow our luxury community online.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and WhatsApp Business
• Plan and publish engaging content that reflects our luxury brand identity
• Manage community engagement, DMs and customer enquiries
• Coordinate shoots with photographers, videographers and influencers
• Run paid campaigns and track performance (reach, engagement, conversions)
• Provide monthly analytics reports and recommendations

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication or a related field
• 2+ years' experience managing social media for a brand, ideally in fashion, beauty or luxury
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut/Premiere and scheduling tools; Meta Ads experience is a plus
• A portfolio of past work is required.
