Social Media Manager at HTL Africa

We are looking for a highly creative and strategically minded Social Media Manager to help translate our archive, projects, ideas, and ongoing work into compelling digital content across Instagram and LinkedIn.
This role involves developing a cohesive visual system, transforming archival materials into social-ready assets, coordinating photography and short-form video capture, and managing a structured content calendar that communicates the depth and ambition of our practice.


Requirements


Proven experience managing social media for architecture, design, creative, or editorial brands
Strong graphic design and content creation skills
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools
Excellent understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn content strategy
Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual narratives
Strong project management and communication skills
Photography and videography coordination experience is an advantage
