Job Summary


We are seeking a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our online presence across multiple digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, increasing brand visibility, managing social media campaigns, and driving audience engagement.


Responsibilities


Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms.
Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities.
Manage online communities and respond to messages/comments professionally.
Run paid social media campaigns and track performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and brand objectives.
Prepare periodic social media performance reports.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or related fields
Proven experience managing business social media accounts.
Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
Good knowledge of social media analytics and advertising tools.
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or related tools is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
