Key Responsibilities


Develop and execute structured monthly content calendars
Manage daily publishing and community engagement
Coordinate with Content Creators and Designers for campaign execution
Monitor engagement, reach, and conversion performance metrics
Maintain appropriate brand tone across healthcare, schools, NGOs, fashion, or tech sectors
Ensure compliance-sensitive communication (especially in healthcare — no misleading claims)
Prepare weekly performance and analytics reports
Support paid campaign execution in collaboration with the Digital Performance Lead.


Qualifications


Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Media Studies, or related field
Strong understanding of communication standards across healthcare, education, nonprofit, fashion, or tech sectors
Proven experience managing professional brand pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Strong knowledge of content strategy, copywriting, and analytics
Understanding of regulatory-sensitive messaging, particularly within healthcare environments.


Experience Required:


3 - 5 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated ability to manage structured content systems
Experience working in compliance-sensitive industries is a strong advantage.
