Job Summary
Our Client is seeking a Social Media Manager that will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies across key digital platforms.
This role ensures strong brand visibility, audience growth, community engagement, curating compelling storytelling and consistent messaging through high-quality content.
Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan monthly content calendars across all platforms.
Identify platform trends, audience behaviour, and growth opportunities
Content Creation & Management:
Create, curate, and publish compelling content (copy, images, videos).
Oversee design elements, ensuring brand consistency.
Manage short-form video content (Reels, TikTok-style, YouTube Shorts)
Platform Management:
Manage day-to-day activity on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
Ensure consistent posting schedules.
Monitor conversations, trends, and competitor activities.
Community Engagement:
Respond to comments and messages promptly.
Build community through engagement, storytelling, and content interaction.
Manage brand reputation and escalate sensitive issues
Campaign & Project Execution:
Support digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, events).

Analytics & Reporting:
Track key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, growth, and conversions.
Prepare weekly and monthly analytics reports.
Recommend optimizations based on insight
Social Media Advertising:
Manage paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Track ROI and performance of ads.
The Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Marketing,
Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred).
Proven portfolio or social media pages managed.
Experience managing brands, thought-leaders, or NGOs is a plus.
3 - 5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices.
Skilled in content writing, storytelling, and visual branding.
Proficient with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
Experience analyzing metrics using insights tools.
Knowledge of paid ads is a strong advantage
