Job Summary


The Social Media Manager is responsible for all social media engagements and digital marketing ensuring visibility and awareness creation for all the company's properties for sale.


Key Responsibilities


Manage social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn, help engage and grow audience as well as promoting paid adverts.
Articulate brand stories that prospects and clients could get behind and feel good about.
Produce quality content, in-depth description, captions and comments on all coy social media platforms.
Generate ideas for content and marketing campaigns.
Ensure content shared on digital channels is optimized to achieve marketing effectiveness.
Staying current on trends for possible opportunities to create stronger and more engaging content.
Analyzing, tracking, and reporting website and social media analytics.
Schedule social media calendars and execute social media updates without fail.


Qualifications


Degree / HND qualification
Minimum of three years social media / digital marketing experience with sufficient evidence of managing similar brands


Other Conditions:


Graphic designing, photo and video editing skills will be an advantage
They must be very hardworking and deadlineoriented
Knowledge of property and real estate market is compulsory
Demonstration of evidence of previous work experience under same or related capacity is required


Skill Set:


IT savvy and versatility in social media dynamics
Above average writing and communications skills
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
