Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies to promote company projects and services
Manage and grow the company's social media platforms
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms
Work with the graphics designer and videographer to produce compelling content
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly
Track performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports
Run and manage paid social media campaigns for property promotions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience managing social media accounts for a brand
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Experience with content planning, analytics, and social media advertising
Good writing and storytelling skills
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadline.
