Job Summary


We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media channels, and executing digital storytelling strategies that align with the brand's goals.
This is a hybrid role, requiring a combination of remote work and periodic in-office collaboration for planning sessions, content shoots, and strategy meetings.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and TikTok
Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow online communities
Track and report social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions)


Content Creation:


Create high-quality digital content including graphics, videos, reels, and short-form content
Write engaging captions, articles, and brand-aligned messaging
Collaborate on content ideas for campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling
Edit videos and visuals using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar tools


Strategy & Campaigns:


Support the development of digital marketing and content strategies
Execute campaign ideas to drive brand awareness and audience engagement
Conduct competitor and trend analysis to inform content direction


Brand Management:


Ensure consistency in brand tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms
Maintain a strong and professional online brand presence
Work closely with internal teams to align content with business objectives


Requirements


Proven experience in social media management and content creation
Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
Excellent writing and storytelling skills
Proficiency in design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, etc.)
Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills
