Job Description


A vibrant hospitality and lifestyle company is looking for an experienced Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator with a passion for creating engaging digital content, managing online communities, and driving brand growth across multiple platforms.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing creative marketing campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting strategic marketing initiatives for hospitality and accommodation brands.


Responsibilities:


Create and publish high-quality social media content across multiple brands, including reels, static posts, and carousel campaigns.
Capture and produce content for events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns, including weekends and public holidays where required.
Manage online communities, coordinate influencer and user-generated content collaborations, and oversee content creators.
Work closely with the marketing team to align content with business objectives, menus, promotions, and brand standards.
Support paid social campaigns by boosting content and assisting with promotional initiatives to maximize engagement and reach.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms and assist with broader brand management initiatives.


Requirements:


Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
1 - 3 years' experience in content creation, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and community management.
Experience creating engaging visual and video content for digital platforms.
Excellent communication, organisational, and creative skills.
