Role Description


Tide Power is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and position the brand as a trusted name in the power solutions industry.
This role goes beyond content posting, it requires someone who can translate technical products (diesel and gas generators) into engaging, relatable content that drives visibility, leads, and sales.


Key Responsibilities


Manage all company social media platforms (Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.)
Create engaging video and visual content showcasing generator products, installations, and use cases
Develop relatable, localized Nigerian content that connects with target audiences
Design basic graphics and oversee content editing and publishing
Plan and execute content calendars aligned with business goals and seasonal demand
Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive engagement, inquiries, and sales
Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to create accurate and impactful content


Requirements


Minimum of 2 - 3 years' experience managing social media for a business or brand
Strong video creation, editing, and content storytelling skills
Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
Good understanding of digital marketing and lead generation strategies
Ability to simplify technical products into engaging content
Familiarity with the power, engineering, or industrial sector is an added advantage
Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
