Deliverables
Promote software development best practices and conduct rigorous code reviews, data analysis, and troubleshooting
Develop and implement comprehensive technology solutions that effectively tackle process improvement challenges.
Work closely with the front-end and technical innovation team to establish technical and design objectives to enhance user experience.
Continually improve server and server-side applications
Design effective APIs for mobile and desktop solutions
Carry out UI tests to optimize performance
Control and ensure the development of web and mobile application projects implementation plans/schedules
Creatively maintain and ensure system optimization and cloud distribution
Ensure compliance with project quality assurance, codes, and standards governing each developmental project.
Continually study industry trends to create and improve business processes and codes for better programme designs.
Take part in the training of internal and client product users, as applicable, on use of products
Create and optimize systems, and play an active role in testing and troubleshooting activities
Coordinate change order management process in liaison with the Technical Innovation Team and other relevant stakeholders
Provide technical and professional advice for successful project delivery and system improvement programmes
Maintain good working relationships with internal stakeholders and other relevant interested parties
All other assigned functions by the Managing Partner/Technical Innovation Manager.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 3 - 10 years experience.
