Main Functions
We are seeking a skilled solar system/EPC installer to support the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team
Tasks and Responsibilities
Install solar panels, inverters, batteries, mounting structures, cables, and related equipment.
Carry out electrical connections, wiring, testing, and system commissioning.
Read and follow basic electrical/solar installation drawings and instructions.
Conduct site inspections and assist with identifying installation requirements.
Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and routine maintenance of solar systems.
Ensure all installations comply with safety and quality standards.
Work with the project team to complete installations within agreed timelines.
Job Requirements
OND, technical certificate, or relevant qualification in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field.
Experience in solar installation, electrical works, or EPC projects.
Good understanding of basic electrical systems and solar equipment.
Ability to use basic electrical/installation tools.
Good safety awareness and willingness to work on-site.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience: 5+ years preferred.
