Qualifications and Experience


Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Design, Business, or equivalent).
Postgraduate degree or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
7 - 15+ years of relevant professional experience, depending on role level (Junior, Intermediate, Specialist, or Consultant).
Must have completed NYSC
Experience working in enterprise-scale digital, IT, or technology environments
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery (Scrum / Kanban), and cross‑functional collaboration
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and delivery‑focused mindset.


Skills:


Strong experience with application development, APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and version control
Understanding of scalability, reliability, security, and performance considerations
Ability to follow enterprise coding and governance standards
Experience supporting testing, defect resolution, and quality assurance activities
Understanding of root cause analysis and quality improvement practices
Ability to maintain technical documentation, release notes, and implementation artefacts
Experience working within governance and quality assurance frameworks
Ability to implement secure coding and deployment practices
Understanding of logging, auditability, and access management standards
Ability to support multiple projects and technical initiatives
Ability to onboard quickly into new technologies and enterprise environments
Working effectively within multi‑disciplinary teams (product, engineering, QA, business)
Working under defined timelines and adapting to changing priorities and demand
