Job Purpose:


The Solutions Marketing Assistant is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for all Excelon Limited services. This role will drive brand awareness, generate leads, support sales, and strengthen Excelon's position as a leading provider of professional solutions. Any formal qualification in HR is an added advantage to better understand client needs in HR-related services.


Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning


Develop and implement marketing strategies across all Excelon services.
Identify target audiences and plan service-specific campaigns.
Execute activities to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and retain clients.


Content Creation & Messaging


Create brochures, case studies, email campaigns, social media content, and thought-leadership materials.
Translate complex services into clear, client-friendly messaging.


Digital Marketing


Manage website content, SEO, and social media channels.
Monitor engagement and optimize digital campaigns.


Sales Support


Prepare proposals, service presentations, and marketing collateral for client pitches.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads and cross-sell services.


Market Research & Analytics


Track industry trends, competitor activity, and client feedback.
Measure campaign effectiveness, generate insights, and recommend improvements.


Branding & Collateral


Ensure consistent branding and professional presentation across all marketing materials.
Coordinate design resources for graphics, videos, and presentations.


Qualifications & Experience:


Diploma in Marketing (mandatory)
Any qualification in Human Resource Management (added advantage) - Diploma, Certificate, Degree, or professional training.
Experience in B2B marketing or marketing professional services is an advantage.
Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and analyze results.


Skills & Competencies:


Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign measurement.
Basic design skills (Canva, PowerPoint) or ability to manage freelance designers.
Ability to understand client needs, especially in HR-related services, and translate them into compelling marketing messages.

CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Excel-based tracking)
Email Marketing (Mailchimp, Brevo)
Social Media Management (Buffer, Hootsuite)
Website & Analytics (Google Analytics, SEO tools)
Design Tools (Canva, PowerPoint)


Reporting & Collaboration:


Reports directly to the Head of Business Operations.
Collaborates with Sales, Operations, and other teams to align campaigns with business objectives.


Remuneration:


Package based on experience, with performance-based incentives tied to lead generation and campaign success.
