Job Description
Research and negotiate the best price and quality for our procurement needs.
Establish relationships and act as a company representative during contract negotiations to build trust between vendors and suppliers, as well as track and monitor the delivery and confirmation of all materials and supplies.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain good strategic relationships with customers and suppliers.
Control and negotiate contract terms and prices.
Manage the supplier selection process based on price, quality,
Support, capacity, and reliability.
Identify and seek out new suppliers.
Perform market and price analysis.
Research and evaluate potential suppliers.
Produce reports on own activities.
Purchase in different categories.
Manage order creation.
Coordinate and ensure efficient and timely delivery.
Perform other tasks as requested by the head of the purchasing department.
Job Profile
Education & Work Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Diploma in Purchasing, Supply Chain, International Trade.
At least five (5) years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the cement industry.
Skills and Abilities:
Negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a team with a diverse workforce.
Thorough knowledge of the procurement process.
Good professional skills in KPIs, INCOTERMS, and TCO.
