The Spa & Wellness Consultant is responsible for providing expert guidance on spa services, wellness programs, and lifestyle solutions to enhance client wellbeing.
This role involves assessing client needs, recommending suitable treatments and wellness plans, and supporting the overall growth and quality of spa services.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their wellness needs and preferences.
Recommend appropriate spa treatments, therapies, and wellness programs.
Design personalized wellness plans to improve relaxation, health, and lifestyle balance.
Educate clients on self-care practices, nutrition basics, and stress management.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service experience.
Collaborate with spa therapists and management to improve service delivery.
Monitor wellness trends and suggest new services or improvements.
Support marketing and promotion of spa and wellness services.
Maintain client records and follow up on progress and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
Background in wellness, health, beauty therapy, or related field.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of spa treatments and holistic wellness practices.
Ability to assess client needs and provide tailored recommendations.
Sales and advisory skills for promoting services and products.
Experience in a spa or wellness environment is an added advantage.
