Responsibilities
Create, maintain and oversee a marketable and profitable Spa business while meeting/exceeding financial goals
Leads a Corporate Spa team of 2 and Regional Field team
Monitor quality of service in F&B outlets
Ensure sign off of all Service Standards by Position competencies for Rooms division managers
Prepare annual budgets for all departments within the Spa
Prepare annual budgets for the Spa
The ability to interview and select job applicants effectively supervise, discipline, mentor and give performance evaluations for Spa employees
Direct overall operations of the fitness, pool, and spa facilities, including short and long range strategic planning so that the business operates cost effectively and efficiently
Lead the Spa in establishing and executing departmental goals
Ensure the spa, fitness and pool facilities are in peak condition at all times (operations and cleanliness)
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 3-8 years experience.
Salary
N1,500,000 - N2,200,000 / Month.
