Responsibilities


Greet guests and ensure they feel welcomed and cared for.
Manage therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
Oversee scheduling and ensure treatments run on time.
Handle inventory, vendors, and spa product orders.
Keep an eye on revenue targets and customer satisfaction.
Step in to solve problems before they affect the guest experience.
Own daily operations: bookings, turn times, room readiness, and guest flow.
Lead and mentor a team of therapists, estheticians, and reception staff.
Maintain service standards and resolve guest concerns with grace.
Manage inventory, vendors, and backbar / retail controls.
Track weekly KPIs (rev / hour, utilization, retail per guest) and drive promos.
Ensure compliance with state / city health, safety, and sanitation rules.


What We're Looking For


3+ years of leadership in spa / wellness / hospitality.
Calm, guest-forward communicator who can coach a diverse team.
Confident with scheduling/POS software and basic P&L levers.
Organized operator who balances service quality with business targets.
