Job Purpose
To provide business systems expertise, advice and support to develop operational implementation plans and / or associated service delivery processes, in order to continuously enhance service delivery. This role is primarily focused on collaborating closely with business units to acquire a comprehensive understanding of their business strategy, processes, services, roadmap, and overall context of operations. The key objective is to provide an end-to-end support function that ensures the smooth functioning of modules in the SAP SuccessFactors Talent suite while ensuring that the necessary interventions required to address business challenges are identified and addressed.
Education and Experience
Minimum Qualification & Experience Required
Relevant Bachelor's Degree / Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Information Technology/ Engineering / Finance and or BAdmin AND 5-7 years' experience in a SAP environment, of which 2-3 years at functional specialist level
ALTERNATIVE
Senior Certificate (NQF 4) AND 10 years SAP experience

Ensure that completed work adhere to relevant policies, procedures, governance and legislative requirements and report on deviations & discrepancies.
