Minimum Academic Qualification
PhD in Real Estate and Property Management, Economics, Hospitality Management, Statistics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Master's Degree in a relevant discipline.
Professional Qualifications
CMRA, CFSP, MRS Membership or equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Minimum 12 years of experience in real estate and hospitality market research, demand forecasting, and feasibility studies.
