Responsibilities

Job Overview:


Inspect the condition of pallets before use to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
Check and record the weight of bags manually to maintain accurate documentation.
Verify that the correct product bar-code is applied to all items to ensure proper identification and traceability.
Perform routine checks to ensure printers are in good working condition.
Confirm the proper presentation and packaging of products.
Inspect pallet condition prior to use to maintain safety and quality standards.
Verify and manually record bag weights as required.
Ensure accurate product barcodes are applied to all items.
Maintain neat and secure wrapping of barcoded products.
Stack pallets in a straight and organized manner to optimize storage and transport.
Check the integrity of wrapped products before despatch.


Qualifications


Minimum: NQF 4 or Grade 12 or similar relevant qualification.
12 months' experience in a similar environment.
Health and safety standards.
