Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients.
Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries and reconciliations.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
Prepare financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).
Support tax preparation for individual, corporate, and partnership returns.
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
Assist with audits and compliance requirements.
Communicate with clients to gather financial information and provide updates.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2+ years of accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles.
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and client-service skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines effectively.
