State Customer & Market Development Officer at P-GAT Industries

Role Summary


Lead customer acquisition and market development activities across the state, develop market strategies, monitor customer growth, coordinate outreach and support expansion of ATRaS services.


Minimum Requirements


Bachelor's Degree with minimum Second Class Upper (2:1) in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Management or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer growth or related commercial functions.
Strong market analysis, relationship management, negotiation and team leadership skills.
A Master's Degree in any relevant fields is an added advantage.

This postion is intended as full-time employment
Part-time or contract-based engagement may be considered on a case-by-case basis where the role, operational need, and candidate profile justify such an arrangement.
Successful candidates may be required to work across assigned operational locations within Adamawa State and to participate in field activities where applicable.
