Role Summary
Lead state-wide operational execution, coordinate branch and local operations, monitor service delivery, establish operational standards, manage performance and ensure alignment with ATRaS policies and P-GAT governance.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with minimum Second Class Upper (2:1) in Operations Management, Business Administration, Transport/Logistics, Engineering, Management or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in operations, mobility, transport, logistics or comparable service delivery.
Demonstrated leadership, performance management, process improvement and reporting

Part-time or contract-based engagement may be considered on a case-by-case basis where the role, operational need, and candidate profile justify such an arrangement.
Successful candidates may be required to work across assigned operational locations within Adamawa State and to participate in field activities where applicable.
