Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Static Equipment Engineer with at least 15 years' experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, specification, and technical integrity of static equipment, while ensuring compliance with industry codes and project standards.
The role also involves supervising piping system design, validating valve selection, reviewing vendor documentation, and providing technical support throughout engineering, construction, and commissioning phases.


Key Responsibilities


Design and review static equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, columns, and associated piping systems.
Supervise piping system design and verify valve selection based on process parameters.
Prepare and review equipment specifications, datasheets, and engineering deliverables.
Review vendor documents and provide technical support during procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning.
Ensure compliance with ASME, API, ISO, and other applicable industry standards.
Participate in design reviews, HAZOPs, and Management of Change (MOC) activities.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams to resolve technical issues.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
Minimum 15 years' experience in Static Equipment Engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.
Proven experience with offshore and onshore facilities.
Strong knowledge of piping systems, valve selection, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, and columns.
Experience supporting FEED, EPC, EPIC, or Brownfield projects.
