About the Role
We are seeking a responsible and customer-focused Station Officer to support the smooth day-to-day operation of a battery-swapping station.
The successful candidate will help manage battery availability, maintain accurate records, assist riders and ensure that station operations are carried out safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Station Manager with daily station activities.
Ensure charged batteries are available and ready for riders.
Record and track batteries coming into and leaving the station.
Verify payments and claim payment codes where applicable.
Maintain accurate battery usage, inventory and activity records.
Update the station shift logbook regularly.
Attend to riders and provide basic customer support.
Monitor station operations and report faults or operational issues promptly.
Keep the station clean, organized and safe.
Follow all company procedures, operational guidelines and safety requirements.
Carry out other duties assigned by the Station Manager.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE or OND.
Good communication and record-keeping abilities.
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of responsibility, accountability and professionalism.
