This Position has the following core responsibilities - BE/ B. Tech with 20+ years of experience and expertise in construction of EPC&I projects in the Oil and gas construction, having completed at least 2 Terminal gas stations on Pipeline projects. Responsible to drive, manage and participate in the execution of complete life cycle of the execution of multiple stations on the pipeline route. Interface with the sub-Contractors, Owner/PMC to enable smooth construction progress by ensuring the specifications and relevant codes and standards are followed. Ensure that the project is executed with target of net "0''HSE incidents.
Job Details
Minimum 20 years' experience with reputed organization engaged in EPC projects in Oil &Gas field * Provides strong and decisive project leadership and establishes an execution framework to ensure the quality, schedule and profitability of the total project execution (EPC&I, commissioning, start up, and operations as appropriate to the project scope)
Delivery of the project in accordance with the project baseline
Meeting the profitability target established in the project baseline
Establishes and defines the required project organization & coordinates staffing with discipline line managers
Ensures accurate, comprehensive and timely project reporting
Ensures effective and timely interface management between engineering, procurement, suppliers, and construction for integration of technical content and schedule activities
Ensure that organizational and statutory standards on safety are met during entire execution cycle
Develops a complete understanding of the contract and aligns further with project manager to address contractual issues and change management
Requirements
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, with Masters in Business Management (preferred)
Minimum 25 years' experience with reputed organization engaged in EPC projects in Oil &Gas field.
Having experience in execution of minimum 2 Terminal Gas Stations
