Job Summary
BioRapid Diagnostics Nigeria Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Stock Officer (Stockist) to manage inventory and ensure efficient stock control operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in stock management, a good understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement reports.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Issue stock to relevant departments and maintain proper documentation.
Prepare periodic inventory and stock valuation reports.
Work closely with the accounts and procurement teams to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store environment.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s Degree or HND in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related discipline.
Experience in accounting with a good understanding of inventory and stock control processes.
Previous experience as a Stock Officer, Storekeeper, Inventory Officer, or similar role is an added advantage.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Good organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
