Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
Welcome customers and assist them in selecting fragrances based on preferences
Demonstrate and explain perfume products (notes, longevity, usage)
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive display of products
Social Media Management:
Create and post engaging content (photos, videos, reels) on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business)
Respond to messages, comments, and online inquiries promptly
Promote new arrivals, discounts, and special offers
Engage with followers to build customer relationships and increase brand awareness
Inventory & Store Support:
Monitor stock levels and report low inventory
Assist in stock taking and product arrangement
Ensure proper labeling and pricing of products
Qualifications & Requirements
Candidates should possess an SSCE/OND (higher qualification is an advantage) with 0-2 years experience.
Previous experience in retail sales or social media handling is preferred
Passion for perfumes, beauty, or fashion
Basic knowledge of social media content creation
Key Skills:
Strong communication and sales skills
Customer service orientation
Creativity and content creation skills
Basic photography/video skills (using a smartphone)
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Must live within Satellite Town and its environs
