Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
Degree in Procurement & Logistics or related field
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Store In-Charge (Quarry experience preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
Good communication and team supervision capabilities
Highly organized, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
Role & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end inventory control including receiving, storage, issuance, and reconciliation of materials and consumables
Maintain accurate stock records; conduct monthly and annual physical stock audits with full variance accountability
Implement inventory control systems (FIFO/LIFO) and maintain optimal re-order levels to prevent shortages or overstocking
Oversee warehouse organization, space utilization, cleanliness, and proper storage conditions
Coordinate with procurement and accounts to align stock planning and reporting
Supervise store staff, assign duties, manage schedules, and support training
Monitor stock security to prevent pilferage, damage, and wastage
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company operational standards
Prepare inventory, cost, and performance reports to support management decision-making
