Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field
3 - 5 years' experience in retail/store operations management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in customer service, sales performance, and staff supervision
Ability to handle conflicts, disciplinary matters, and performance improvement
Strong reporting, organizational, and problem-solving skills
