Storekeeper at Harobed and Associates

Key Responsibilities


Receive, record, and store all incoming raw materials, finished goods, and consumables accurately.
Issue materials and stock to production as required, maintaining accurate records of all movements.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile findings against inventory records.
Monitor stock levels and alert the Production Supervisor when materials are running low.
Maintain an organised, clean, and safe storage area at all times.
Support the Production Supervisor with inventory reporting and stock reconciliation.
Flag any stock discrepancies, damage, or loss promptly for investigation.


Experience


Prior experience in store keeping, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
Experience within a manufacturing or production environment.


Skills Required


Strong record-keeping and organisational skills
Basic computer literacy, particularly MS Excel for stock tracking and reporting
Good numeracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Honesty and integrity in handling company stock.
