Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect all incoming goods, verifying quantity and quality.
Issue items strictly based on approved requisitions.
Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards, and inventory reports.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconcile variances.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of the store.
Report damaged, expired, or low-stock items to management for action.
Ensure safe storage of chemicals, fertilizers, tools, and PPE according to company standards.
Work closely with procurement to monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Certificate/Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field.
1 - 2 years' experience in storekeeping, preferably in an agricultural or manufacturing setup.
Strong record-keeping, organizational, and numerical skills.
Computer literacy (Excel, inventory systems).
High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
