Purpose ​


To perform all stores operational activities, assuring accuracy of store issues, receipt, data update and record balancing under the supervision of the Stores Supervisor.


The Job


Manage inventory, receiving, storing and issuing spares/goods
Maintain accuracy through record keeping
Maintain organized and safe stock and economic order
Prompt monitoring of Purchase Requisition for immediate delivery
Maintain good house keeping in and around the stores


Qualifications​


Minimum of 5 O'Level credits, including Mathematics and English Language.
Certificate in Store Keeping will be an added advantage.


Experience:​


Minimum of 2 years cognate experience in a similar role.


The Person Must Have:​


Good oral and written communication skills
Good inventory management and record keeping skill to receive , store , issue and account for materials.
The ability to maintain proper stock documentation including GRVs, bin cards, stock register and all issue vouchers, ensuring traceability and accountability.
Good attention to details, integrity and teamwork skills to support operation.
Must be versed in the usage of Microsoft excel, power point, spread sheet etc.
