Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive Store Keeper / Inventory Officer to manage inventory operations and support efficient store management processes.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock movement, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring proper coordination of products within the store and production units.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, record, and manage stock inventory accurately
Monitor stock movement and inventory levels
Maintain proper inventory documentation and reporting
Ensure accurate stock issuance and reconciliation
Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory audits
Track damaged, missing, or low-stock items
Support product sorting and store organization
Coordinate inventory movement between departments
Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of store items
Support operational efficiency within the store unit.
Requirements
HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
2-3 years experience in inventory/store management
Good knowledge of inventory tracking and record keeping
Strong organizational and numerical skills
Attention to detail and accountability
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems/software.
Added Advantage:
Experience in retail, beauty, fashion, or production environment
Knowledge of Odoo or related inventory management software.
