We're looking for a Strategy Execution Lead to join our EAME Distribution team and play a key role in shaping strategic decisions across the region.
In this role, you will partner with EAME leadership to deliver high-quality insights and reporting, driving strategic decisions through EAME-wide analytics, governance, and performance tracking across key growth initiatives.
This is a senior individual contributor role with high visibility, offering strong exposure to regional leadership and the opportunity to make an impact in a cross-functional environment.


What You Will Do


Support regional growth by translating business performance data into actionable insights
Provide focused, executive‑level recommendations that support senior decision‑making
Enable consistent, data‑driven execution through robust analytics, reporting, and performance frameworks
Define and own key performance metrics, targets, and dashboards aligned with commercial strategy
Build growth forecasts and monitor performance across regions, partners, and distribution channels
Lead data visualization and insight storytelling for strategic and leadership‑level discussions
Act as a trusted senior analytics partner, influencing stakeholders across functions and geographies


What You Have


Strong expertise in data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding (e.g. Power BI), with the ability to turn complex data into clear, high-impact insights
Proven ability to create executive-level content and reporting (e.g. monthly reports, leadership materials) with a focus on accuracy and relevance
Strong presentation development skills, particularly in PowerPoint, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, visually compelling storytelling; experience with Think-cell is highly desirable
Excellent stakeholder management and governance skills, with confidence working closely with senior leadership
Ability to operate and influence in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
A passion for high-quality, insight-driven work that supports strategic decision-making
Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to lead analytics and reporting independently in an individual contributor role


Education / Qualifications


Relevant degree or equivalent demonstrated work experience
Minimum 3 years' experience from a large management consulting firm
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of curiosity and investigative mindset with attention to detail
Strong data analysis and visualization skillset. Knowledge of (e.g.) PowerBI, Excel, Python, Snowflake, SQL queries is beneficial

ISE/Payroll Transfer are not available
The role will require a 5 day a week on site presence
Ability to travel up to 10%
